Project Set-up

• Enter all known information on the Main Tab of the Audit Project Set-up screen (Module B).
• Enter all planned dates on the Milestones Tab (dates may be updated during the audit).

Assignment/Independence

• Process Auditor Assignment and Independence Statement. Enter "/s/ Your Name" on the signature line. Step sign-off will document electronic signature.

Engagement Letter

• Prepare and send an Engagement Letter to applicable personnel in the area under review. 
• Scan signed document and attach to this program step. Document
