So it is important to imbedding the risk management across all organizational actives i.e. from setting mission, vision, strategic planning and operational activities.

NOTE:
The audit observation and related recommendation will be used in Internal Audit / Compliance report which will cover the principle # 20 (Reports on Risk, Culture and Performance) of component # 5 (Information, Communication & Reporting)
